Though every project is a custom order, we strive to meet a consistent expectation of delivery. Most of the time, we are way ahead of schedule. Other projects require more time. Given the nature of printing and the proofing process, we also rely on timely customer interaction to achieve the best results. Here is our standard job cycle:
Orders will be processed and shipped pending credit authorization. Inkjet cannot be held responsible for shipment delays due to incorrect billing or shipping address or delays caused by any reason beyond our control.
Shipment & Packaging Methods:
Inkjet enjoys strategic relationships with FedEx, Con-Way and a select group of other transportation providers. We provide a range of delivery options to suit your needs. And of course, local customers may arrange pick-up during normal business hours.
Inkjet ships most goods with FedEx and Con-Way Freight Systems for pallet and heavy weight shipments. The shipping options available to you include:
- Pick Up at Inkjet
- FedEx Ground
- FedEx 2-day
- FedEx Overnight (arrives by 3PM)
- FedEx Priority Overnight (arrives by 10:30AM)
- FedEx First Overnight (arrives by 8AM)
- FedEx Saturday Delivery
Packaging: Inkjet provides its own branded packaging for all orders, unless neutral packaging is requested. Each order is labeled appropriately with the order number, and a mini-visual proof of the item.
Shipping is FOB Inkjet and all charges are to the account of the customer, and is assessed by weight and also dimensional weight. If the dimensional weight exceeds the actual weight, charges based on the dimensional weight will be assessed.
Title & Risk of Loss
Title to the product passes to the Customer upon Inkjet delivery of the goods to the carrier at the point of shipment.
